Bir yabanc\u0131n\u0131n halihaz\u0131rda sahip oldu\u011fu oturum iznini uzatma gerek\u00e7elerinin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi de \u00f6nerilmez. Bu durumda aile \u00fcyeleri, e\u015fler, evlilik i\u00e7inde veya d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan do\u011fan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocuklar\u0131, e\u015flerden birinin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 ve evlat edinilen \u00e7ocuklar oturum izni alabilir. Yabanc\u0131n\u0131n &#8220;ikamet&#8221; alabilmesi i\u00e7in Karada\u011f D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 organlar\u0131nda yeniden de\u011ferlendirme i\u00e7in ilgili tarihi belirtir. Sertifika, ba\u015fvuruya ili\u015fkin nihai karar verilmeden \u00f6nce yabanc\u0131n\u0131n Karada\u011f&#8217;daki yasal ikametgah\u0131n\u0131n bir teyididir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, bazen Karada\u011f&#8217;\u0131n farkl\u0131 \u015fehirlerinde yukar\u0131da belirtilen belge sunma prosed\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterebilece\u011fi de unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Ek olarak, Karada\u011f mevzuat\u0131 olduk\u00e7a s\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fme e\u011filimindedir. Bu nedenle belgeleri sunmadan \u00f6nce, yabanc\u0131n\u0131n ikamet etti\u011fi yerde Karada\u011f D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 organlar\u0131yla ortaklar\u0131n\u0131n netle\u015ftirilmesi \u00f6nerilir. Taleple ilgili karar, ba\u015fvuru tarihinden itibaren 20 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde verilir. Bir yabanc\u0131ya &#8220;ikamet&#8221; verme karar\u0131, \u00f6zel bir belge \u015feklinde d\u00fczenlenir ve yabanc\u0131ya atanan kimlik numaras\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir. &#8220;\u0130kamet izni&#8221; ba\u015fvurular\u0131 olumsuz sonu\u00e7lanabilir. Karar a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren 8 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde, Karada\u011f D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na itiraz edilerek temyiz edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130kamet&#8221;, bir y\u0131la kadar bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in verilir (\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izninde belirtilen s\u00fcre, \u00f6rne\u011fin kim i\u00e7in talep edilmi\u015fse onun \u201cikamet\u201d s\u00fcresinin ge\u00e7erlili\u011fi dikkate al\u0131narak) ve yabanc\u0131n\u0131n cari pasaportuna damgalan\u0131r. Oturma iznini ge\u00e7erlilik s\u00fcresinin sona ermesinden bir ay \u00f6nce uzatmak i\u00e7in yabanc\u0131, Karada\u011f D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yetkililerine ba\u015fvuruda bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r.
